Stick Skeleton
Let's face it, if you're stuck at home with small children, it's not always easy. But just because you're stuck at home doesn't mean you need to be stuck inside! Get those little hands and feet (and minds!) moving with this fun stick skeleton activity!
A stick skeleton is a great way to name each of the parts of the skeleton as you move through constructing the entire body. You can be as detailed as you like in naming the different bones, as is appropriate for the age of your child.

This activity is great for children ages 3-10.
Materials:
- Sticks
- Twigs
- Stones
- Skeleton Diagram
- Any other embellishments you might find (flowers, leaves, feathers, etc.)
Directions:
Take some time to collect a variety of sticks and stones to begin constructing your skeleton. Take a look at your skeleton diagram as you go along, so you know where to place your items. As you reach completion, embellish your skeleton however you'd like with a variety of leaves, flowers, or whatever else you have available!
