Financial Assistance Program

Our mission is to support the health and well-being of our community. As part of that, we offer financial assistance for patients who are uninsured, underinsured, or unable to pay for care. Based on income levels up to 400% of the federal poverty guidelines, this program helps ensure that cost is not a barrier to receiving necessary medical services.

20 ASCs Performing Most Joint Replacements in 2022

Proliance Surgery Center at Valley is proud to announce that we have been ranked #10 in the country for total knee replacements by Becker's ASC Review. This is a significant achievement, especially considering that we only opened our doors in December 2021.
